Paneer Cheese Toast for Breakfast

Paneer Cheese Toast

  • 1 tbsp Oil (Olive, Soybeans, Sunflower)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 2 Tomatoes (Paste)
  • 200 grams Paneer
  • 1 Green Chili (Chopped)
  • Cheese (Grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt


  • Soak paneer for 5 mins in hot water and then crumble it into small pieces
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan at a medium flame
  • Add chopped onion and saute till it turns golden brown
  • Add ½ tsp cumin, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 green chili chopped
  • Add the tomato paste and ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • Cover the pan and cook it for 5 mins
  • Now add 1 tsp red chili powder, garam masala, and salt
  • Now add crumbled paneer and cook for another 5 mins or till the extra water is evaporated
  • Toast 8 bread slices in butter
  • Top up with paneer mix and cheese
  • Sprinkle organo flakes (optional)
  • Serve imediately


Use less red chili powder if making for childrens.
